I saw Dr. Youn on the Tamara Hall show, and found out that he is a believer in using “natural” methods for long term beauty regimens. He does sell beauty products, which I am happy to inform you he
reports to be “cruelty-free”.
I share his website with you because at HairBlues we try to help you find good beauty products.

You can view the Tamron Hall show contents at the link below.

November is a time of year where many holidays are celebrated from various cultures. With that said, this is also Native American Heritage Month. I am happy to bring you information about Native American Beauty companies.
Here’s an excerpt from Womens Health website about these beauty products.
…The majority of these Indigenous and Native American makeup, skincare, and body care brands, there’s a focus on ingredients found directly in nature and sustainable practices to harvest those ingredients and package the products. Utilizing natural herbs, oils, and extracts (like sage, tea tree, and lavender) is key for Indigenous communities, who live in communion with the land they’re on and incorporate nature into many of the medicinal practices that have been in their families for centuries. Many of the products are handmade by the founders, too.

Aromatic Studies is a school I am very familiar with because I am a graduate of that institution.
In a recent blog post by Holly Brandenberger who is a Registered Nurse and Certified Aromatherapist, she shares her choices for essential oils to use for stress and well-being. It is a real find to have this information available for free just by clicking the link below.
The added benefit is knowing that she is a registered nurse who suggests that these powerful oils, which are produced from plants, are some things that we can find and use for our wellness regimen and well-being exploration.
Take a look when you find a moment. I assure you that you will not be disappointed. Afterall, what can we lose when there is plant powered guidance for us to use?
