I always want to share when I have an ‘aha’ moment and I think the information is something people can use for their well-being and wellness regimen.
So, when I heard that caffeine could help with headaches, I just had to find out how could that be true. It certainly was counter intuitive.
When you have a moment, listen to my brief explanation on my podcast: Judith Guerra Wellness Connections – Episode #34 for details about this topic. In addition, you can use the links provided in this post for your own research.

I often preface information presented on my blogs and podcasts that you check with a medical professional to assess your medical care when exploring other methodologies for your well-being and wellness regimen.
The Mayo Clinic states that caffeine can provide relief and reduce pain: Learn more about the facts at their website here: https://www.mayoclinichealthsystem.org/hometown-health/speaking-of-health/does-caffeine-treat-or-trigger-headaches
Are you aware that The National Headache Foundation has been in existence over the past 52 years?

At the website link below, I learned that women have more headaches than men through their lives. For example, between ages 21 and 34, the prevalence of headaches is 92% in women and 74% in men – and older people have fewer headaches.
