Black HISTORY & BEAUTY

During Black History Month I like to put a spotlight on beauty products and companies owned and operated by African Americans. One example is Gloria L. Williams, the CEO of Footnanny, Inc.

Williams is from Montgomery, Alabama. She created the company with the knowledge she gained as a young girl watching her mother. She declares that her mother would mix “creams, ointments and oils” along with an “Old Fashioned Rub Down” to attend to sick and elderly neighbors.

Well, I don’t know about you, but I am always looking for products that can help me care for my feet. One of the foot buffer’s I recently used turned out to be just what I needed. The Footnanny RESCUE Buffer . After following the directions and using the buffer with a cream, I was very happy with the end result.

We can all use a little pampering, especially during these stressful times. Why not treat yourself to some tender loving care? Lift your spirits and well-being with a soothing pedicure and relax.
